    Is there parking?

    The closest car park to the studio is B&M! There are other parking options around the city a short walk away from the studio.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have any disabled access!

  • Takes place 7-10 days after your session, choice of packages available to purchase — see Products & Pricing for more information. Please have a think about your budget and what you might like before your viewing appointment. There is no hard sell, we rely on producing amazing work that you will want to invest in.

  • We understand our customers have busy lives and things often happen that are out of your control, especially with families. We do ask for 5 working* days notice please, wherever possible, to move an appointment.

    Our diary time is very precious and it can sometimes be difficult to get rebooked. We can rearrange an appointment once, but rescheduling appointments after that will have to pay a £30 non-refundable deposit.

  • We have two payment options available for our customers: Pay in Full OR Half & Half (at time of order and remainder on collection of goods).

  • Session fees can be refunded if cancelled at least 5 working days before session takes place. Viewing room orders are non cancellable.

    Please be sure that you are happy with your image selection and the terms and conditions on your order form before signing it. You are signing a legally binding contract to produce bespoke work.
